If farmer Brown's brown cows are producing enough methane to propel a roster 50 km in 1 hour, then the EPA has slapped him with so many fines that he's used up every penny he can lay his hands on just to hire a good lawyer. According to the EPA, methane, (i.e. cow farts), is a major contributor to global warming. Therefore they have formulated stricte guidelines as to how much methane each cow can produce (both by farting and by burping). The amount of methane required to propel a rooster 50k/hr would emit approx. 2.77 MT of carbon emissions - far above the individual standard set forth by the EPA for one farmer.
It cracked me up --------- I once saw a car going down the road ------ it said 'Agriculture Enforcement.' In other words---- The Farm Police.

My 1st question how many acres is he farming & where.
My second question is did he have a replacement Rooster before he launched the original Rooster out of compressed air outlet. Now was the older Rooster to old to be castrated, fed and turned into a Capon? Note, when one has had enough to drink on a farm there are some pretty ingenious ways to harm and torture small and large animals.
Third why was the County Sheriff clocking the bird on his radar gun?
