Northern Countries depends on Southern for food.

Northern countries depends highly on southern countries for everything food. Vegetables, fruits ; all those only grows all-year long in southern countries where its warm all year.

without them, northern countries would find it difficult cause nothing grows during winter !

  • Yeah, if we couldn’t buy produce from other countries in the winter We would have to eat mushy peas and carrots from a can. I’d rather die.

    Only in modern times.
    And there are still communities in the north, that rely heavily on canning.

    You may as well say that large cities depend on people living in rural areas, because the cities can't grow their own food.

    I lived down South for a while and I grew just about everything.  Now I live high in the mountains of Colorado and there isn't much that can grow here with an exceptional hardy plant or two.  You can't even have a greenhouse up here because the winds get so high.  So I can definitely appreciate fresh food from the Southern states.
