What re the mechanics of it? How do you visualize it. What happens to the unworthy? GOD loves everyone equally. So how could HE ever punish anyone HE loves no matter how despicable and evil the loved one is? Just curious.

I dont want to annoy anyone, and i do believe that jesus is a good story; but i dont believe there will be a rapture and things like that... in 2019, we are pretty aware of what's real and what's not. you'd think that one day, thousands of people will disappear from thin air and join 'the heaven' ; .....
its the same thing with ghosts; we all know ghosts dont exists; if there were, we would ov seen many since.
God loves all people equally (there is no partiality with God) and it's His will for everyone to be saved. However, God gave willingly up that will and gave us free will. Free will means it's our choice whether or not we want to be saved. God has told us how to be saved. He's also said that there is only one way to be saved. If we obey that Way, we will be saved. If we do not obey, we won't be saved. We can't make up our own way and still expect to be saved.
The mere fact that God loves us does NOT guarantee that we will be saved!
Thank you for your reply Shuhak. I struggle with that concept Shuhak. You seem to be so certain of it. How GOD can love those who gassed Jews to death equally is beyond my comprehension. How he can love pedophiles who rape and torture and murder children does not sit well with me . GOD gave me this brain and I use it to question people's perceptions of HIM. I think it must be very comforting to be as certain as you are about GOD.

I don't know if TV Evangelists exist anywhere but America D but they pitch on TV the glories of wealth and that GOD wants you to be rich! They pitch their great need for contributions so they live out GOD'S PLAN for them! Many homes cars yachts jewels furs. The manier the betterer. And the gullbible swallow it. GOD justifying GREED?
