    Stings happen all the time. Sure, there is some degree of anonymity, but if you're hiring someone to kill someone, you're going to be identified by your own info. If you're selling drugs, the package can be traced. It sounds like the feds more or less go undercover and make their own purchases until they can get enough intel or get people to turn on the kingpin. So... no, you can't really commit anything. Not anymore.

  • It's not hard to access , its nothing  like people think it is,  98% of it is boring and benign AF,  the world wide web and the surface internet would be impossible without it.  The dark net doesn't exist, it is made up buzzword to scare people about a small segment of the deepweb.  The deepweb exist,  the darkweb is a made up word.
