A Thumb drive, also known as a flash drive, is a small memory unit a few inches long that can store a large amount of data. It can be inserted into the USB port of a computer, often pushed in with the thumb, hence the name. Easy to hide on one's person, but you'd still need access to the computer itself.
Thank you for your reply R and the graphic. A Chinese dame was ARRESTED at Mar A Lago yesterday I believe who had one. What she planned to do with it or how she planned to use it I don't know! Happy Wesnesday/Thursday to ya! :)
Thank you for your helpful reply m2c. Is there no way of knowing if one is infected with a virus until AFTER the fact of its being deployed? I'm gonna ask. Geez if true that is very scary. Don't know if you heard but a Chinese woman was arrested at Mar a Lago yesterday I believe who had one. How she planned to use it I don't know. Happy Wednesday! :)
Those who are more technologically savvy on here could answer that. I guess if it from someone you trust there would not likely be a problem but I saw a TV show where flash drives contained viruses which made me very cautious about dealing with them.
