Over the years I have seen a few people go through the stages of dementia and Alzheimer's so I'm somewhat of an expert and my diagnose is Trump doesn't have dementia or Alzheimer's. I do figure he is insane in the membrane but it's caused by the heavy metals or chemicals in his phony tan cream. I bet Trump buys his from the black market in China either to save a buck or because somebody told him it was the best in the World and he's so insane in the membrane he doesn't think that China has some slack heath standards on some of their products.
