I suppose it's normal to prefer POLS from your home state over others. I sure do. In fact I AM VERY PROUD OF THEM! Are you proud of yours?

Currently there is Senator Kamala Harris(previously our Attorney General), Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters among others. I think it's great to be proud of the pols from your home state. That way you can root for them to do well and if they are on a ballot you can vote for them too. Do you?

    It still comes down to policy. Obama was from my home state of IL.  I did not vote for him. He did nothing to help the state of IL. In fact, his opposition to coal hurt the people of Il. 
    But yes, everyone I knew was so excited to vote for him because he was from IL. How he would help IL and their struggling economy. Ha! But they learned their lesson. They pay attention to policy now and voter for Trump this time.
