That is one creepy picture.  I never said anyone could use the word "dude" as gender neutral.  From now on, when referring to a female with any form of that word, you shall refer to her as, "Dudette."  That's a rule.

  • I agree it’s not, but it’s fairly common for females to be called dude. I don’t really care, but I doubt a guy would be okay with being called sis. For the record I don’t really like being called dude or sis, not that that matters.

Sis is female all the time.

Dude is male most of the time. Although in high school we used as gender neutral. And sometimes it does not mean a person at all.

Not when used as short for sissie.  I've never heard a female called dude.  Never.

To me even when calling a male a sissie...is still female.

In high school, we called everyone dude. Now, it does sound weird to call a female dude.

No.  Dude is not.  Dudette is the female.

    Dudesicle is up for argument.

Sis is the opposite of Bro.

Everyone who is anyone cool knows this.

really?  I LOVE IT. But it sounds burnout.  That is why I love it.

I think Sean Penn probably used it in that first movie of his where he played the burnout surfer and ordered a pizza to be delivered to his classroom.
