Have you ever lost a pet because of another pet?

Our cat got ahold of our parakeet. She broke the door off the cage. No one was home at the time.

    Yes. One of my classroom pet hamsters killed and ate parts of the other one.

    Yes. Years ago, we had to rehome a new puppy because the older dog wasn't getting along with him. The older dog was terrorizing the puppy.

    that's sad. I knew a guy who had a bird and a cat and never his cat would touch the bird.

    My husband had a bird when he was a kids that was smart enough to know that if it was in the cage and the cat tried to get in, it could bite the cats feet. So the cat learned to leave it alone. 

    Cannot blame the cat, it is what they do.
