  • About 30 years ago, I lost 50 lbs.  I now weigh less than I did in high school or when I got married.

I'm on my way to loosing that amount now.  My target is 40 pounds.  I've lost almost 5 of it, only 35 more to go. If I lived at the beach and could skate and ride my bike it would fall off quickly.  The only thing I dread is how it will age me. Now I have line fillers called fat, hahahaha once that is gone those lines will quickly show up.  Probably a sub-conscious reason why losing weight has not been a priority.
Who wants to look older, not me.

I don't do dieting. When I was much younger, I seemed to be able to lose weight really easily. I would just *think* I was on a diet and bingo - I'd lose weight. I suspect I would just cut out treats but it worked. Now... I can't diet.

  • I've never intentionally lost weight. Never needed to.
