Those who do that in the name of God would * call* themselves good Christians.. but if there's a god then he surely wouldn't. To commit acts of bigotry, racism, sexism, to discriminate against anyone for any reason.. those are not the acts of a good anything, least of all Christian.
Exactamundo Addb. But such folks consider those who kill others by bombing medical facilities to be their heroes. Go figger. They are peculiar and not very bright. They have kids who are not very bright and follow in their footsteps. They are a blight on humanity. Wonder if GOD has a special plan for THEM?
