Malt vinegar smells like puke .....Proper English Non Brewed Condiment vinegar made from diluted Acetic Acid and slathered over our English Fish & Chips is a bit yummy though....:)

    Hi Nice Jugs! :)
How do you have such an incredible nose for vinegar?  I wouldn't know the difference. I do love fish and chips and clean windows.  I guess I am a sap for vinegar, of all kinds. This post was edited by Merlin at April 14, 2019 2:57 PM MDT

If Acetic Acid vinegar isn't diluted correctly it will disolve your skin ...it still tastes nice though....lol
All Malt vinegar stinks to high heaven and is made from cheap wine...They let the Vinegar fly get in the wine and it does something to it...
Malt Vinegar is only good for making Sweet and Sour sauce....:)

Vinegar is a great discaler  of limescsle to and a disenfectant ...

An incredible amount of knowledge I didn't know.  Thank you!
The vinegar fly?  Now my curiosity is at a peak and I"m going to find out more about them. :D.
I had to go to my refrigerator and see how many vinegars I am guilty of.  I have honey/raspberry vinaigrette, a balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, red and white wine vinegar, and rice vinegar.  I also have unfiltered apple vinegar and white vinegar in jugs on the floor in the laundry room.
I JUST came to the realization.  I am a vinegar junkie!  It is not a wonder I like wine and have a ton of lazy, fat flies in my house!!  ;) This post was edited by Merlin at April 14, 2019 3:54 PM MDT

The best Balsamic vinegars cost more then the most expensive wines...like wine they are laid down in barrels to age....some are very rare as well...  :)

So the trick to making something expensive is to let it rot in barrels in your cellar and add a few flies?
It furthers the question as to how vinegar eventually makes your environment smell better.  Maybe this is because you are tired of smelling vinegar and become immune to it?!

Pyridine.  I used to work in an organic chemistry lab.  Pyridine is instant nausea.  Just take a whiff.

Cat piss. Vinegar seems to be the only thing that can really defeat that stench and I'd rather smell vinegar any day.

The cheap scents most Overweight older women wear/have on.  You can smell them at least 500M away.  On a hot day on public Tran or in an enclosed plane truly painful.  Three Hot Spots I have found -

    1. The Tri State area around and in NYC
    2. LA, greater area man there is a stench in some neighborhoods and it is not garbage
    3. Atlanta is tied with Dallas for third place

    Honorable mention Hong Kong
