Get any good news lately?

A couple of weeks ago our son that lives in Saskatchewan phoned to let us know that he and his wife put a bid on a house in the BC interior and last night he phoned to give us the good news that they got it. So by July our son, his wife and their dogs will only be a 8 hour drive away instead of a two and a half day drive away. Cheers!

    Congratulations to you and yours!

    My dad is out of rehab and back home after being in the hospital for three weeks and then Life Care (rehab). He's getting stronger and is more like he was. He's 83 and is still a fighter!

    He did lose a lot of weight. He's about 6'3" and when he went into the hospital, he was 170. He lost 16 lbs!! So, he's a bean pole right now, but, gaining strength! I'm really over the moon that he's doing better every day.
