I have a wonderful spouse and family, lots of loving pets.  Doesn't get any better than that.

I'll answer in a bit -- I listened and watched the song/video in your question. I liked both the song and video a lot! I'm unfamiliar with the group and song. The video fit the song well, as far as lyrics and stuff, to me.

Unlike that song and video, yeah, more than I'm aware of sometimes, I have a good life.
I have a lot for which I am grateful. 
A loving supportive family and some truly wonderful friends. Today, especially, I'm grateful to several specific friends I'm thinking of -- they're incredibly loving and caring to me. I'm grateful, more and more, as each day goes on, how much they bless me and my life.
