If you had created something as DEFECTIVE as homo saps wouldn't you destroy the mold and start all over again?
After thousands of years we lie, cheat, steal, betray, attack, undermine, sabotage, harm, murder one another. We are hopeless. We are stupid dumb and incapable of learning anything. Why not start all over? What would you do if you were the creator?

I would not destroy but would end their capability to reproduce so they would die out in a short period. Then I would allow evolution to produce a different species of intelligent life that might work better; preferably a vegetarian species but not primates -I would not want any kind of monkey business to begin again.
