They are not smart. Okay? The government is not smarter. Those idiots cannot tell if the government is not smart. They think the government is smart. That makes them smart if they can understand the government.
The idiot government spends all its time trolling the country and shouting how smart they are. The idiot government is run by someone who conducts rallies. About himself. And he has morons who have no identity themselves, listening to this fktard rant about himself.
This makes them happy. They think this makes them a band of smart and powerful people. Then they can have a few beers and congratulate themselves on their (hic) smartness.
