But there is Spirit. Astral travel is a gas, and much can be learned from being on the Astral plane. WE dream on the Astral plane, and usually gravity keeps us connected to the Earth plane while we dream. I love to fly on the Astral plane, but there is so much more to the Astral plane than dreaming. I have been with many of my Spiritual Masters on the Astral Plane. Ramana Maharshi, Meyer Baba, Jesus, all I have been with on the Astral plane. Life is deep...very deep. Beyond the Astral plane I have been with Neem Karoli Baba in his Formless state. Life is deeper than what we can think.

You can call it a spirit. I call it the highest consciousness. I don't explain astral travel any more than I explain why we are here in the first place.
Those who have traveled anywhere that is not in the physical can try and experience this idea, but those who have not, cannot understand a thing about it. So, why bother. They will travel or they will not when they are ready.
