No, nobody says that. The saying is, "It is better to to have loved AND LOST than not to have loved at all." See the difference?

Although his posting the question does not mean that he knows what he is talking about.

I have no idea what people are talking about so much of the time on this site.  Particularly young people who have their own frames of reference and lingo which is absolutely meaningless to me.

Actually I do know what I'm talking about that fact that you answered it shows that.  And for whatever the reason you are miserable and seek to take it out on someone else look somewhere else ok because no one owes you nothing and I would appreciate you not to answer any of my questions thank you and have a great day.

    No one owes you nothing
    No one owes you anything.

Excuse me, but the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States guarantees freedom of expression, which gives each of us the right to answer and respond to anything posted on here in whatever way we see fit, provided we abide by the site's TOS. Next time you wish to cite a saying or expression, take a few extra seconds to google it and then accurately quote it. It's just as easy to get it right as to get it wrong. The same goes for grammar and punctuation.

Thank you and have a great day yourself. This post was edited by Stu Spelling Bee at May 19, 2019 12:56 PM MDT

TOS does not address grammar and punctuation. That takes us back to the First Amendment.

  • What is your problem? He said “loved”, past tense. That indicates the love has been lost. So faaaking what if he didn’t post it in the exact words you would have if it was your own question.

Gawd, ask your own questions if you’re so bored you feel the need to shizzat over other people’s posts.

  • You’re welcome :) I wouldn’t pay any more mind to that one. Must be difficult to go through life with Cranial Rectal Inversion Syndrome. ;)

Element*?!**?!*, my darling, you can't mean that.  It obviously shows you have and been hurt.  "Tells" my dear, will get you every time.
    I'm sure you've broken many a heart.
Don't worry Element.  I love you all the same. :) :)

I am all for sharing good vibes, happy thoughts, and love.
Yes.  I have been hurt by it and still do get hurt at times.
But, for me, it is worth it.
Feeding the anger monster or anxiety beast is not doing the world any good.  There is enough of that going around already.
Spreading good cheer and love works better for me.
