What is a Latin word or phrase that you use the most frequently in everyday life, and what is its translation? ~

That would probably have to be "et cetera" which is Latin for "and the rest". 

 

I also use i.e. (id est "that is"), via ("by way of"), verbatim ("word for word"), e.g. (exempli gratia "for the sake of an example"), and et al. (et alii "and others"), though mostly in writing.

Cervisim.  I don't use that specific spelling or pronunciation of the word but translated into lazy English terms:
Cerveza = Beer.

For all Americans: "E pluribus unum". You may not say it often (or ever) but it's the motto of the United States. The traslation is "From many, one". It means that America is a union of one made up of many. It's on all US currency, the US & US Presidential Seal. Perhaps Mr. Trump can post it on that wall he's building.

How's about quid- pro- quo, even though I never say that.
