Nice picture :). It depends on so much more than just speed. If it was a nice day, I would like to drive about 10 miles an hour. I love to drive with the top down on beautiful days. If it is raining, I would like to drive without anyone else on the road at about 34 mph. If I am late, I would like to drive with no one else on the road and no traffic lights at about 85 mph. On my drive, that is a reasonable speed that still gets you there on time and not losing control.

For so many years I was always in a hurry and drove like a maniac. I thank God daily that we survived those years. Now I generally go four or five miles over.....that's where I'm comfortable. In residential areas I drive slowly. I have had more that one experience of a kid on a bike dart in front of me. I'm hardly ever in a hurry anymore. I love that.
Something about driving cross country that causes you to push it. When I was young. Now I don't do that any longer and approaching old age I have slowed way down. Long ago lost the false confidence of youth.
