    This is MY libertarianism:

    Libertarianism
is the view that each person has the right to live his life in any way he chooses so long as he respects the equal rights of others. Libertarians defend each person's right to life, liberty, and property-rights that people have naturally, before governments are created.

Libertarianism (from Latin: libertas, meaning "freedom") is a collection of political philosophies and movements that uphold liberty as a core principle. Libertarians seek to maximize political freedom and autonomy, emphasizing freedom of choice, voluntary association, and individual judgment.

Examples:  (unless it violates someone else's Rights...)
Who consenting adults have a relationship with, is none of the government's business.
What consenting adults do with their bodies, is none of the government's business.

The problem is there are 7 plus billion people on the planet so anything you want to do violates someone's rights it seems.  Each and every argument they put forward is rife with nonsense because they cannot see the forest for the trees.

They are pie in the sky types with no real plan that has ever been put into effect that actually works.  They are paper and chart people with nothing to back their logic.  Nothing to prove they have a viable working plan ever.

Rand Paul  What can I say past that?  This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at June 6, 2019 5:42 PM MDT

    Gay Marriage ... doesn't violate anyone's Rights
    Prostitution ... doesn't violate anyone's Rights.
Legal Marijuana use ... doesn't violate anyone's Rights.

Just a few examples, where libertarians were "ahead of the curve".

BTW - the Libertarian Party candidate will likely never win elections above the county level, because the Libertarian Party doesn't provide the support the Republican and Democratic Parties do.  (The same is true of every other 3rd Party.)

Even the "Free State Project" (plan for all libertarians to voluntarily move to a state) didn't plan to make a difference above the state level. This post was edited by Walt O'Reagun at June 6, 2019 5:43 PM MDT

  • Which strain?    Traditional or the corrupted Rand Paul Libertarian party strain of it?  If you mean the "money is voice "  crap, I can't.
