The big he is terrified of Putin and Kim and that's why the big he keeps sucking up to them consistently. Or else....?

Or else the big he is a traitor to our country. Putin could have some very dirty disgusting upsetting info on the big he which makes him so obedient and quiet and adoringly supportive because it terrifies him that you would learn what that dirty disgusting upsetting info could possibly be. Could Kim also have some dirty disgusting upsetting info on the big he too? Anything is possible. Right? Or perhaps Putin has SHARED what he has on the big he with Kim and the sb prez KNOWS? Again. Anything is possible.

    He's afraid of his own shadow.  He puts on airs in an effort to look "tough", when in reality he's nothing than a spineless coward.  He talks big, but his actions rarely follow.  He likes to make problems just so he can claim he "fixed" them.  Strong people frighten him, so he calls them names.
    Other countries know he's a wuss and so they use him.  He's too blinded with ego to see that the entire world is laughing at him.

    Those he chooses to surround him are either terrified of him or have contempt disdain for him. There is no one in his life who care enough about him to help him. No one. I suppose one ought to feel pity for him. An old man who has a bazillion tons of people around him not one of whom will stand up to him to save him. Not one!
