    Kristen Kirschbaum, chemistry professor. (Germany) Married name Giolano.

    Both are naturalized US citizens.

    I also had several students from other countries.

    I don't believe that a citizen qualifies as a foreign national. A foreign national owes allegiance to a foreign country. Once someone becomes a citizen, they owe allegiance to that country. This post was edited by Jane S at June 17, 2019 9:17 PM MDT

    When I was working I knew lots of them. It was a global organization and employees would do international assignments. I worked with colleagues from Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.
