Should We Petition Congress for Pepper Control Legislation?

Absolutely.  The scourge of pepper crime must end NOW!

This is a very disingenuous way to say you don't support gun control.

Why is it disingenuous?

 I never grow 'Ghost peppers' in my garden because all those Scovilles are too much. They even warn you to use gloves to pick them. 

Anything hotter than a habanero is too hot for me.  I like spicy, but I'm not a masochist.
