Its what? Its obligation to pay reparations to the families of those who were held as slaves by the white wealthy upper class class.

The current-day cheapskates say they did not have slaves their ancestors did so why should they have to pay?

A typical  deadbeat cheapskate justification  for stiffing folks.

The folks in Germany paying the OBLIGATION REPARATIONS could use the same excuse. They were not alive. They did none of it. Why should they pay anything?

You see the stark difference in Noblesse Oblige, class, decency and dignity. No better illustration of that than this current controversy.
