    Have you looked at that guy?  Way too hairy for me.

    Given a choice , Smoked Tongue with Horseradish and Onions on Ry Crisp or similar.  It does have to be sliced way thin to be edible inlike Cow Tongue

    Being a chef and all, I give you a big head start.  But, between you and me, the thought of eating anything's tongue makes my tongue turn upside down.

    Toungue would not be my 1st choice.  Given the options from a Buffalo, smoked toungue is the best available.  Two (LBS) of testicles or a nice tongue sandwich, tongue would be the choice....

    I grew up with Bison and domesticating them...... Tongue is the better choice.  Now the stupid tourists always wanted Balls/Testicles... go figure ; NYC or LA with no backbone....
