    Let's not forget, ALL sandwhiches do cost a pretty penny.
    The more elaborate the sandwhich, the more penny.
    I hear the cost of vegamite is high these days and avocado is outrageous.
    Being the gentlemen you are, you WILL provide as many pennies any sandwhich desires, correct?
    You know the rules.
    No penny.  No sandwhich.

    Heavy and extra... do they mean the same?  I'm just curious in case I have to use those two again in a sentence.

    heavy is a heaping spoonful, normal is just a regular spoonful. if they want extra heavy its two heaping spoonfuls, extra extra heavy is three heaping spoonfuls, etc.
