    Many folks from the Western US...dinnertime. Eastern US...family time and for us older folks, bed time. Overseas...bedtime. This is my question asking time...Wife is stoned and I am drunk and have nothing else to do.

    Melatonin has messed up my natural sleep schedule which worked really well

    for most of my life. I am cutting back on melatonin beginning tonight.  

    Hopefully this will be easy. It is a hot summer where I live which will change in September. The

    sunshine and warmth has been wonderful, love the summer.
