When will astronauts go to Mars? In the next 50 years?

    Colonies happen because it is somewhat profitable for colonies to happen. When the return is not sufficient to cover the costs, no more colonies happen. Astronauts went to the moon because Earthlings wanted that enough to pay the costs, the profits being taken in improved materials right here on Earth. There are no such returns on a trip to Mars, so costs have to be kept low. That means no astronauts yet.

    That's a feasible time limit. 50 Years may give enough time to develop enough technology to make this possible.

    I don't know. I was hoping they would have gone there while David Bowie was still alive, so that they could have answered his famous question "is there life on Mars?".

    I like those chocolate bars, WB. They take me back to my childhood. I never knew they were counterfeit, I used to think they were sent down from Mars. Lol:)
