As I understand the theory, dark energy would more likely explode the hole.

Which would create dark matter. Wait...a black hole. I'm a friggin' genius. (Forgive me, I have had a few toddies.)

  • Damn,
all this talk about drilling holes.
Its always been my understanding that you can drill a hole,
but you can't un-drill it no matter how many times you go in and out with your tool.
Dark energy?  That's just when you get sprung after the lights are turned off.
It may help you in working the hole but I bet its unlikely to do more than just stretch it.

    Maybe I'm confused.
What the hell was the question again?

  • I don't think you can undrill a hole regardless of how much the surgery costs.

Matter of fact, drilling it in the dark is creating dark matter.
You don't have to undrill it.

Invent a totally reliable way to un-drill a hole (in the wrong place or of wrong diameter) and you'd make a fortune!
