Do the best people pickers pick people who most resemble them? Or is it best to pick non-thems for balance and fairness?

All trump picks resemble him a lot. Or do they not resemble him at all?

His batting average sucks bigly. Of course he is the prez and striking out as he does all the time matters not since it is HIS BALLGAME HIS BALLPARK HIS UMPS HIS RULES. He can whiff 24/7 and he still scores. SIGH. That I can tell you. Everyone says so.
