Not true. I would ID small red, large butter, small lima, black, navy, white, and pink beans easily with my eyes closed. I don't really like large red or pinto beans but they have their own taste too. I cook beans alot...dried ones. Anyone concerned about diabetes or blood sugar issues should know how very good beans are for one's diet. Even the glycemic index value for rice is reduced when the rice is eaten with beans. I am not diabetic but share many meals with someone who is. When I'm cooking for just me I pile on the pasta. ;)
