Dems beat one another to a pulp and the pulp that's left beats chump. There's gotta be a better way than that to skin that cat. Ya think?

Dems gotta stop beating on one another and focus on how much each would do a far better job at being prez than chump. Let their performance on THAT ISSUE be the measure that matters. Focus on the cancer. Not the competing surgeons.

A pile of horse manure would do a better job as prez than His Royal Orangeness. Trump is what that manure comes out of.

However, the DNC has to stop poring over has-beens and look at some new blood. Anybody who failed of nomination before must be excluded.

AMEN! Ditto. Thank you for your reply R. I just asked a question about you not naming you of course. I hope you don't mind. That 40,000 history in your family just stuns me in the best possible way. You can trace back much farther than the pyramids or Sphinx. Boy what a treasure that is. You know what they say. Don't ask permission. Do what you want and then if necessary apologize.  Am I going to hafta?

My cable subscription doesn't include CNN, so I wasn't able to watch the second round of debates.  Of course, there have been clips of the most important parts on line and in the paper.

I am surprised and disappointed that the DNC would choose a cable station to air the debates rather than an over-the-air station that everyone gets.  These debates are too important to keep them from the public at large.  I don't know who's doing the next round, but I hope it is a universal channel.

My fear is that if the Dems don't present a more unified platform, Trump will get another term.  I was not at all impressed with Joe Biden's performances.  However, if he turns out to be the front runner, I will vote for him.  I think anyone who has as much time in the political arena as he does is bound to have some baggage.  What was generally considered normal 40 years ago is not necessarily normal now.  That shouldn't mean his automatic disqualification unless he has not progressed into the current norm.
