    It's called "Freedom of movement".

    I know you're talking about Trump visiting cities where some don't want him to visit.

    If the city leaders don't want a Presidential visit ... about the only things they can do is refuse to provide police protection, and refuse to issue any permits for a rally/gathering.  They could also demand to see the licenses for all federal agents carrying concealed firearms.  Double-check that the tags aren't expired on any vehicles.

    I think it is a form of rape as well Sharon. Ignoring what the people want. Ever hear of Persona Non Grata? It refers to someone who is UNACCEPTABLE in diplomatic circles.     That's very good for starters D! The mad elephant goes crashing in wherever it wants whenever it wants and destroys everything because that is its sole purpose. Madness coupled with being a wackadoodle crackpot makes anything else moot. How do you stop a crazed elephants from killing everything in its path? Tranquilizer gun to stun it and take it down so you can cart it away and lock it up. It can't help itself for being crazy nuts insane wackadoodle crackpotty.
