What's your favorite recipe that features mayonnaise as a key ingredient?

So many wonderful salad's, spread's, dips' and dressing's! I wander if there is any cookbooks dedicated too one of the greatest foods ever invented? Maybe I can partner with Hellman's
 and become a gazillionaire!

**Feel free to include lot's of speling and grammeratical errors in your post. I isn't to picky.**

    How about making it yourself?

I find that homemade mayo is the best.

I've never made the egg kind, but have made vegan with cashews. Delicious!

Oh boy.  I just have to try it.  I had a cashew yogurt that was horrible.  But this may work.  I love cashews.

Yum! I don't like raw onion, though. I use onion powder instead. I never put raw onion in anything I make. No one has ever complained.

    It ruined everything .

The brand I've bought is Just Mayo, and I thought it was good, but expensive.

I love the idea that your family had vegan mayo at a family dinner, though. My family is more likely to put some kind of meat in every dish and talk loudly about how veganism is against God's will.

    Vegan mayo? That sounds horrid.

I love the idea but how does a company make eggless mayo?  There is nothing that substitutes for egg.

That is just gross.  Like the cashew Yogurt that does not taste like cashew or yogurt.  UGH.

It's surprisingly good, but expensive and/or a pain in the butt. I'm not vegan, so I usually use regular.

If you don't like nut milks, then I guess you wouldn't like any of the dairy alternatives made with it. I can't stand soy milk, nut milk is great.

I love nut milks.  I just had a bad experience I guess with that brand.  But I have bought a lot things that substitute other ingredients for the original and I usually wind up throwing them out.  No way do I ever want to try another fat free anything.  UGH.

And cheeses and dairy are usually the worst.

I think the vegan substitute I like best is Parmesan cheese. It's just almonds or cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and sea salt ground up together. Easy to make and I actually prefer it to the dairy kind.

Have you ever EATEN real Italian cheese?

I'm not talking about the garbage. I'm talking about Italian cheese?  That is NOT even remotely the same flavor.

I could see if it was supposed to be healthy.  This stuff you are substituting is not healthy.  It is worse for you than eating regular Italian parmesan cheese. Not Kraft.  Not junk cheap cheese.
I don't eat powder and I don't eat Kraft fake cheese.

In some ways, I found her inspirational. In other ways, a cautionary tale.

I was totally sober when I posted this question, btw.

    Very fun. :)
