    That may have been me. Our old south end is primarily Latino. They do not like Black folks. I was told that by a Latino. I don't know about the other way around.

    I've seen it, as far as the "Black hates Latino".
    It's the same people who have a bigotry against other blacks, because they have lighter skin.

    I haven't seen it in American films or literature - so maybe it's unusual.
    But racism takes many forms - so sadly - I guess that variety would be just as possible as any other.
