Like every other droplet of his bats**t brain leakage - laugh at its stupidity, shake your head, and move on with your life.

According to the news article, he is a copycat idiot. Heck...I thought of that idea when I was nine.

I heard of this type thing before.  If electromagnetism can create weather patterns, I'm sure humans can burst up a hurricane.   Too bad that the ones who could do that are probably the same ones who created it in the first place.   From what I read (which is not very much at all) this science was created with military applications in mind.

He thinks it is okay to NUKE a hurricane.

NO.  THERE IS NOT A THING LIKE THIS THAT YOU HEARD BEFORE.  ARE YOU losing your mind? I rushed to your answer just to see what you would come up with.
President Donald Trump has suggested the government explore using nuclear bombs to stop hurricanes from hitting the United States during storm season, according to a new report.

I don't know what Trump said about nuking storms.  There are all kinds of things tried and proposed when it comes to deadly storms and wild fires.

Maybe suggest building a huge implosion bomb to suck up the hurricane winds.

OH GOOD.  I mean that you SAW that one.

I get exhausted keeping up with his UTTER insanity.

He wants to nuke a hurricane.

Typical  TRUMP.  ONLY he can make a hurricane WORSE.  ONLY HE.

(I couldn't find your question earlier today when I wanted to respond to it - - I knew I had seen it but, forgive me, I couldn't recall you posted it. And I posted a silly question of my own about the same topic.)

What do I do? Similar to Don Barzini's suggestion, I, yet again, shake my head.

Tell him not to be so stupid!

Quite apart from the dubious rights and obvious wrongs, it would have to be a very powerful bomb indeed to disrupt a massive cyclonic weather-system such as a hurricane. Even relatively benign depressions and anticyclones use far more energy than an "ordinary" nuclear bomb, and cover a vastly greater area than that of the nuclear blast's effective range.
