    I think it is the most famous. NOT the stupidest.  That would be impossible to determine as he keeps cranking more outrageous stream-of-consciousness nonsense aimed at getting him Impeached.

    Probably not because they would be too busy talking to their advisers about more important things like that sub North Korea is working on that is capable of carrying and firing a Nuke or 2.     Today the Commander in tweet may  have shared a photograph of an intelligence briefing photo that could have exposed US military secrets to the world just so he could make fun of Iran's failed satellite launch so I really think he is a dangerous twit now - included a link to more info.
