What's the grooviest thing you've ever seen?

This was one groovy experience.  As far as my mother knows, I was with my friend at the university for those days.
There were somewhere between 300,000 and 500,000 folks there.  I was with my boyfriend (who later became my husband) and three of his friends.  Of course, I did all of the driving.  I'm relatively sure the four of them would not have survived if I had not joined them.  I was the sober chaperone.  They were like brothers back in those days.

I like this essay about it:  https://www.me.umn.edu/kgeisler/700704.html

I was 19 and probably went to Kickapoo Creek that year in Wisconsin to see the Grateful Dead and Arrrowsmith.  It was a two day thing.

Actually someone sold me a bad hit of THC. It was a cow tranquilizer.  So, no. But it was my own DUMB fault.

Hey,  I've been there? The Glacier/Glacial Grooves or something?
    I know I've been there.
    :)

    Yes, that's the place! Thanks!
From how much I enjoyed seeing these, I'm surprised I didn't immediately remember exactly the place.

It's a toss up between glacial striations and a 33 1/3 vinyl record. (groovy!)

This is the grooviest idea concerning grooves.  If you can ever explain to me so my brain understand just how sound can come from grooves and a needle, you will get the Nobel GENIUS SUPER TRUMP prize.

I can explain it, but will you understand it?

No. I have read the explanation, and I cannot see the concept in my mind.  It just doesn't compute.  Vibrations escape me.  Yes, you may make fun.  I understand.

Not at all. I can't name every bone and muscle in the human body. If I used squigglies instead of vibrations, would that help?
