Generally speaking, do you like going home?

When I was a child and we all piled into the car to go somewhere (mother, stepfather, four siblings and moi), I would get down in the dumps when it came time to return home. Now, as an adult, I love being out and about, I usually only enjoy being at home when I’m by myself. My wife is the exact opposite: she is a homebody to the tenth power.

    Generally I do enjoy going home.  I travel for work to some pretty interesting places, however it is nice not to be in another hotel room by myself.  I enjoy the chaos of the household and being able to put on casual clothes

    I enjoy traveling, but after a while, I want to be in my own place, with familiar things around me.  I live alone, so I have a limited amount of patience for being around a lot of people for any length of time.

    On the minus side, I come home to an empty house.
    On the plus side, I am aware of how lucky I am in this day and age to have a place of my own, especially one that is spacious, has a good outlook, and no maintenance or neighbour problems. So, yes, I like coming home.
