I chose to ignore that because we all know that the user had no intention making that sort of comment. That was in fact sarcasm. So I stand by my "likely moderated" response. This maintains that telling someone they are rude is not allowed...and the likely allows for the possibility of making a response that is not a violation of the TOS...which also covers the 2nd option in the OP.
