About every night now, my computer gets reset or something. The accessories on the Task Bar change, I start getting notifications, etc

Is the government downloading all my stuff every night to see if they can find something to hang me on?  I think I used the word "revolution" on here once (Oops, twice now).  Maybe that triggered something.(?)
