In November 2013, following the Third Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, China announced the decision to relax the one-child policy. Under the new policy, families could have two children if one parent, rather than both parents, was an only child.
It's something that's going to cull their population in the future..... Parents would kill a female first baby so they could try for a boy....The chinese government had/have killing rooms to put down illegally born second child.... There is now not enough young to look after the old....in twenty/thirty years, what then...
