Ignore the homeless. Is that what a COMMANDER-IN=CHIEF does when he is NOT trying to get the police to lock them up?
Is that the solution? To lock them up and get more police? How about using the money to help the homeless instead of buying more police to lock them up.
HE IS A SCUMBAG from HELL.. Would it NOT be great to have a sentence passed down from the highest courts to make HIM homeless and command everyone in the USA NOT to help him with a dime.
He certainly won't get ANY help from our allies. And forget Puttin and K.J. Un, they w8ll have nothing to do with a loser.
This dangerous LOUSE is not only attacking Cali. He is attacking BROWN and poor people. AGAIN. And homelessness will be another RACIST way to indicate that the homeless are brown and immigrant.

They need treatment. Making their crimes not crimes does not help them. It enables them to continue without getting the help they need.
If they get arrested for drugs, illegal camping etc then they can be released in to a rehab program. Or a mental program to get help they obviously need.

The total lack of compassion and uber levels of hate from conservatives is astounding. They do not care about those less fortunate, those who are hungry, or in need of healthcare. Responsibility for providing assistance, care, and helping those when they need help is the government and our society. Almost all of the problems regarding homeless in the US is due to poor, inadequate, or lack of proper, quality Mental Healthcare and conservative policies. Faith-based organizations and charity should never be relied upon or expected to resolve these conditions which exist in our country.

Explain why it is CA who has nearly 50% 25% of the homeless people and on 12% of the population? CA has been ruled by liberals for a long time. And do not go with Arnold or
Reagan both were liberal in their policies in CA.
It is conservatives who want them to get treatment for their mental/drug issues and liberals saying it is their right to live that way.

Conservative hogwash. California is a HUGE state. So is Texas. You don't hear about their numbers because they cook the books.,. Up until Trump y'all canonized Reagan and Arnie. It is conservatives don't want them to get treatment for their mental/drug issues because they do not want one red cent from their slimy pockets going to anyone else. The opioid crisis itself was fostered by conservative policies. Once a baby is born, they don't care. It can die in the street or get thrown out of a moving car window. They don't care as long as it isn't aborted and for most conservatives, they do not know what the hell they are saying. It's empty-headed talking points being parroted by their spiritual leaders and the kooky con politicians.
Conservative do NOT want to spend 1 penny for mental healthcare. I have seen it with my own eyes. Slashing funding. Then when one of yours goes and shoots up a school, Walmart or Church, cons scream that they are insane, crazy. Hmmm
I know for an absolute fact that Cons do not want to fund mental health care. Their solution is to Lock them all up in private prisons which are run by, the buddies of conservative politicians.

I only just signed in and happened upon this page - - I've not read in detail much of this thread and I don't intend to push in - - but I did see and very much agreed with, some words that I saw you had written here. I live in a very politically conservative area. And here are your words and I find them unfortunately true in relation to many people in my area who consider themselves conservative:

And When you cite stats, be honest... You cannot go by total population since Californian is one of the most populated states in the US. You need to cite per capita...
California is NOT on the top of this list. Several of these states on the list have a high level of homelessness because they provide services to those in need as opposed to those where they kill people in the streets by setting them on fire or beating them to death in allies. Homeless people are notoriously transient in nature.
Fun fact, Hawaii has the highest rate of homelessness per capita of any state in the nation. There were 7,260 homeless people in Hawaii at the latest count, meaning Hawaii has the highest rate of homelessness per capita of any state in the nation. The state has identified $1.3 million to expand services to homeless individuals and families.
I did quote wrong. I heard an report and did not get all of it. I heard 47% but that is not the of total homelessness. That was the increase in Oakland. So my apologies I was in error in that statement. ( I will correct it)
Do you notice a common thread in your per ca-pita chart? Of those top (or bottom if your prefer) 11, only Alaska is a Red state. Colorado is purple and Nevada a light blue. ALL of the rest are BLUE....why is that?????

No it has not. It increased from 550,000 to 552,000. (That is 0.3%) Again goes back to CA and their stupidity.
