I've heard the answer to 'What's worse than voting for the wrong person" is not voting at all. Do you think this is true?

Personally, I think voting for someone you know isn't capable of doing a good job or someone who has proven to be a liar is far worse than choosing not to vote at all.  Or is voting for the one who is the lesser liar of the two more favorable.

  • Not voting is worse, by far.
    First it allows the demagogues and scammers to raise up while the non voters sits at home lazily waiting for somebody else to.take.up their cause.
    Secondly, not voting is a direct affront to the memory of those who spent and gave their lives so that we, in turn could exercise that right, as well as an insult the hundreds of millions around the world who struggle and die for that same right that we take for granted.
    Voting is not just a right, it's.an obligation.
