What kind of punishment would a perp recieve if they attacked a grade or high school with THIS kind of GUN????

The "zero tolerance" rules are so ridiculous that kids can't even point fingers at each other ... or bring bread cut in the shape of a gun ... or use sticks as play guns.

So I imagine any kid bringing this toy to school would be shot dead by the school's resident police officer.
And the parents of all the other children would sue the dead child's parents for the horrible trauma such a toy caused their children.

They would be suspended. 
One grade schooler was suspended because he ate his pop tart into a L shape and pretended it was a gun. Another for tearing the corner off a piece of paper. 

Just stupid.
