You ask, I answer. If my answer does not meet your requirements and you say so, should I delete it?

That happened here...don't look for it, though. I did delete it with a semi-scathing remark.

No, your answer is your opinion which doesn't have to coincide with mine.

No. I second what Spunky says.

At the same time, I generally don't interact with people who want something repeated back to them or who are looking for a specific answer.

As long as a response is well thought out and respectful, I delight in the unexpected and contrary.

I believe that questions here should spark a discussion (which may take off in unexpected directions), not be a written exam with only one correct format and/or answer. My replies are intended for everyone here not just the person posting. If what they want is an answer tailored to their needs then they should be asking questions in a more private forum.

If you did delete your answer, I best go delete all of my own answers that I've ever posted.
    :)

Half the time, I reread my answers and think to myself, "What are you saying, bud?"

  • How dare you not provide precisely the answer that they were wanting to hear.

If you've been here this long and this is the first time 'she' said that to you, that's a little unusual.

Oh, more than once. I just thought of the question this time.
