No. That is a young actor playing a role in a movie. That picture is a still shot from the film. It was a thriller/horror movie about a troubled young boy who grew up to have a host of psychosis that manifested in terrible ways. As a child he would often hang around in his secret hideout and he liked wearing that mask. I don't think the mask is supposed to represent a demon per se but rather a skeleton. I personally have not ever seen the movie. I don't care much for the horror genre but I am familiar with the film. I chose the pic as a temporary avatar during the Halloween season.
