In case you don't know, coriander is a spice, also called cilantro.

    I once grew Coriander Delfina. It was very fragrant and was great with beef. It is difficult to find the seeds anymore. It really gave our hamburgers a Mexican accent.

    Yes, I recently compared the taste of coriander in salsa and shredded beef.  Some people say it has a soapy taste but I found that taste disappears when used in beef.
