When you are tired of it, let’s trade places for a week.  It was in the mid 80s F today with 80% humidity.

  • It’s normal here, any time after 2nd week of October...so it’s a bit late;)

  • It rarely ever snows here.
So, occasionally I buy that faux-snow in a can and spray it on my windows
just to create all the beauty of a white trash winter wonderland.
It doesn't get any more fabulous than me!, Baby

Not when you asked this. But we did get about a 1/2 inch yesterday. Too early. We should not have snow until Jan. Too cold today. Skipping work too. High is only 20s. 40s tomorrow so I will go in then.

Sadly (for some more than others, anyway), we haven't even seen a genuine frost yet. I'm not surprised, though. Where I live (Northern Ireland), we often get mostly wind & rain, but rarely see snow until mid-late winter; & even then, it usually stays in areas that are more up in the hills/mountains. If we're lucky, snow enthusiasts might see a light snowstorm that is enough to turn everything white & maybe give us a few inches, but we don't really get to see crazy amounts of snow. Personally, I love watching falling snow (preferably with a hot chocolate & marshmallows), as it's so relaxing to sit beside a window, just watching it fall. The only "snow" I've seen so far this year is either on TV or within my newest "white rabbits" snow-globe. Hopefully that'll change someday soon & we'll see some real cosy weather, as good as any TV show. Being physically disabled, I get fed up being confined; but I'll always make an exception for snowy days! =o)
